This is nothing formal! Just gauging the pulse of today's 11AAA thoughts.

Sioux Falls Washington vs. Mitchell (I respect what Mitchell has brough to the table lately, but the question to me is, how long do the Warriors starters play?)

Sioux Falls Lincoln vs. O'Gorman (O'Gorman seems to be for real and SFL seems to be building for the future, lots of underclassman playing)

Yankton vs. Sioux Falls Roosevelt (When is the last time you have seen Yankton with an 0-3 record?? SFR needs to clean up their game. this may be the team to do it against. Never count out a Arlan Likness team though)

Rapid City Stevens vs Brandon Valley (Brandon's running game too much!! RC Stevens really on has one game changing athlete, not enough to change the outcome!)

Watertown vs. Brookings (I would say a coin toss, I'll give the edge to Brookings given home field advantage and I am a Bobcat for life!! Can't pick an ARROW to win ;) )

Aberdeen vs. Rapid City Central (I don't know much about them, but I will give the edge to Aberdeen. No rationale, just a hunch)

Good analysis and I would agree with most of your thoughts.

Mitchell will likely give Washington a game. I would not be surprised to see them stay within two TDs.

O'G, Roosy and Brandon should roll.

Watertown/Brookings should be the best game of the bunch. This is a real tossup.

RC Central has a new, funky offense that will create problems for Aberdeen. I expect the Cobblers to win by 10+.

BV plays RCC this week, not RCS.

Your opponent probably understands you and how hard you have worked better than anyone. Your opponent is not your enemy that needs to be hated or humiliated. ARROWS! over Boobcats +7 (are we sure BHS wants to play a 11AAA team--maybe someone will get hurt, if so they'll sue)
Sioux Falls Washington over Mitchell +21
O'Gorman over Sioux Falls Lincoln +14
Sioux Falls Roosevelt over Yankton +10
BV over RCS +20
Aberdeen Central over RCC +6

Yes, BV plays RCC and Aberdeen plays Stevens.

AC fan here and they have zero offense. Best play is QB scramble or QB read play. Barr is a decent RB, but the line which was too be the strength of the team going into the season, just isn't getting it done. Lundquist may be coming back from injury this week, which might help the passing game a little. Eagles were very lucky to clip Huron a couple weeks ago with some defensive TDs, may be their only "W" this season sad to say.

Of course I would have picked Stevens over AC any day. But always good to get another win over Brookings and pad the overall head-to-head stats.

Week 4:

Rapid City Stevens at Sioux Falls Washington (Same story different week)
Sioux Falls Lincoln at Watertown (I gotta believe the Patriots will break through this week)
Brandon Valley at Sioux Falls Roosevelt (Roosevelt will need to clean things up and maybe abandon the two QB system. This game will go a long ways in the playoff picture)

O'Gorman at Rapid City Central
Aberdeen at Harrisburg

If Roosevelt throws the ball, they will be fine.

Week 6 games:

Sioux Falls Washington at Brookings ( Not sure on Status of Tupac, but won't matter, Washington BIG, enjoy the stadium!!!)

Sioux Falls Roosevelt at O'Gorman (O'G Defense tough, Different story if Bauer is playing, RHS Defense is getting better each week! Now if their offense can just catch up!!)

Brandon Valley at Rapid City Stevens (Peterson should be over 200 yds again!!)

Watertown at Harrisburg (Don't know much about either team, but think Harriburg has more athletes across the board)

Rapid City Central at Aberdeen (flip a coin)

Yankton at Sioux Falls Lincoln

I'm interested this week to see how Stevens fares against BV. They threw the ball a ton against Washington and almost pulled the upset. BV's DBs are no where near as good as Washington's. This could be a high scoring affair.

Washington
O'Gorman (Roosy is getting better but has a ways to go.)
Stevens (Cross state trip for BV. Stevens has confidence after last week's near upset of Washington. Time to prove it wasn't a fluke in front of the home crowd.)
Watertown (Harrisburg is limited on offense due to injuries to QB and other skill players. Watertown is a decent team.)
Aberdeen (Central's funky, old school offense is no longer a secret, but the question will be if Aberdeen can muster any offense.)
Lincoln (Yankton will struggle after last week's victory.)
