Made it up to the Chester Challenge on Saturday, was able to watch most of the games.

Madison vs Parker, Parker wins in 3
Wagner vs Deubrook, Wagner wins in 3
Arlington vs Winner, Winner wins in 4
Ethan vs Warner, Warner wins easily in 3. Expected Ethan to put up more of a fight than what they did.
Northwestern vs Chester, NW wins 1st set 31-29, 2nd set 25-15. 3rd set 26-24. Great volleyball on both sides. 3 teams in the hunt for a state title this year, depending on the day it could go home with any one them.

Chester and Ethan are both good teams, watched Warner absolutely roll Chester at Pentagon by the way, but if NW and Warner get on opposite sides of the bracket nobody is beating them back to back. Someone might get 1 of them but 2 nights in a row is not happinging

I would agree as well. I don't foresee any team taking more than a set off these 2 teams. Warner has looked improved since their matchup with NW last month, so the state tournament should be exciting to see NW vs Warner in the championship again.

Waiting for boys to get home got to looking at sdhsaa site, Faulkton's only losses are NW, Miller 2x and Warner 2x, Chester's only losses are McCook 2x, NW and warner 2x. Funny how it feels like they don't have a shot. Ethan schedule is ok but lost to everyone really good. I know everyone talks power points, but what is Faith's record with Warner's schedule??? I think there's at least 10 losses there!!
