iPhone 6S battery problem

I have an iPhone 6S runs on iOS 13.6.1. The device make a strange noise at the rear, similar to beeps, whistles of something in bad contact or in a short circuit when it is low on battery and also usually heats up with little use. In addition, battery lasts about 3 hours when browsing internet. Has someone faced such a situation before?
